About the job

The LEGO® Agency – inspiring the LEGO builders of today and tomorrow

The LEGO® Agency sits at the heart of everything LEGO does as a company. We’re there when new product concepts are born and we’re the ones who create approx. 90% of the omni-channel marketing campaigns for our existing play-themes. We are experts in communicate to kids and playful adults in a creative, inspiring and fun way.

There are more than 300 of us – design creatives, copywriters, digital developers, strategists and marketeers – most of us can be found at the LEGO headquarters in Billund, Denmark, but we have a global reach with active hubs in China, US and the UK. We come from all over the world and from many different backgrounds, but we all share an overriding passion for the LEGO brick and the LEGO brand.

Want to play?

Are you a creative, who wants to become a world class creative? Are you going to wow the industry with never-seen-before concepts, campaigns and art direction? If you’ve got the skills, ambition and power, then we’ve got the perfect playground for you to thrive, learn and grow.

What now?

Blow us away! Show us what you can do and what you have to offer. Make an incredible case for why we should choose you before anyone else. The only hard and fast rule is that to qualify, the internship has to be the final part of a relevant on-going education within advertising, communication or design.

Who are we looking for?

We have 2 unpaid Internships in our Campaign & Concept Development team based at the LEGO headquarters in Billund, Denmark. It’s here where our communication and campaign ideas are born and brought to life. If you’re in the final year of your relevant education and need a 3 to 5-month internship, then we can offer you the best place in the world to transform all the theory you’ve learned into hard-core, hands-on experience.
