We are now on the lookout for a highly motivated individual to join our largest business unit at Medtronic – the Cardiac and Vascular Group (CVG) – where you will be working alongside our Strategic Sales and Marketing teams. During your internship, you will be:

Supporting our strategic sales team with their commercial programs – assisting the team with tracking deals, sales reporting, analysis and pulling together information for key internal and external presentations

We are looking for someone who can commit to a 13-month internship and is able to work 2 – 3 days per week. We’re flexible, so we will aim to work around your study and exam commitments!

The duration of the internship for the successful student will run from December 2018 – December 2019.

Whilst this internship has no direct correlation to a specific undergraduate course requirement, if deemed suitable and with prior approval from Medtronic, students can utilize the experience gained from this internship towards their university course credit requirements.


So, what are we looking for in students?

You are in your final year of study and you will be graduating from a Marketing, Business or Commerce discipline

Throughout your degree you have maintained a credit average

You have hands on experience and consider yourself a strong user of the MS Office suite of products

You’re pretty good with Excel (and are comfortable with putting together pivot tables, graphs, and tables)

You’ve been an intern before, so you know what it’s like working in a corporate environment

You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
