About the job

At the moment the Project Management Office (PMO) of GPCM (Group Payments and Cash Management) is looking for and kindly invites you to apply for the position of Business Analyst. PMO is team of experts - Project Managers, Business Analysts, Test Managers and Business System Managers. We manage project development; mainly IT related projects in compliance with the Swedbank development processes and other internal guidelines and help colleagues in Baltic countries to improve bank products and customer servicing.

Responsibilities

To join our team it is important to have strong analytical, communication skills and ability to build long term relationship with key stakeholders. We expect you to understand business logic and impact on IT systems, in cooperation with stakeholders to describe business processes, rules and requirements. Your ability to work efficiently in a 'virtual team' environment and the ability to influence others in getting things accomplished is important competence. If you have heard about Agile way of working or have knowledge in Enterprise Architecture, system specialisation – this will be extreme useful in your daily work. But if you haven’t had a chance to learn about it yet and have motivation and interest to know more – we will provide such a possibility.
