We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our team and provide the best in class customer data to all stakeholders across Swedbank. Sounds interesting? Group Customer Value Management (GCVM) function allows us to deploy a situationally aware and non-intrusive services model where we stay relevant during our customers’ life phase changes, using the power of our customer knowledge to predict their shifting needs over time. Our success depends on data availability and technology to utilize the data and customer knowledge - this is the main agenda for Data & Tools unit within the GCVM. To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about improving business services using customer data and you should truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with other stakeholders. This means that you have to be willing to learn from others as well as share your own knowledge and experiences. Good communication skills are one key to succeed in this role. We also hope that you have good experience and knowledge of business analysis and systematic way of working. Since your main stakeholders are all over Baltic and Sweden you have to have excellent English skills in both written and oral form. You should be able to work independently as well as in the team. This position also requires some travelling (exact frequency depends on the projects and your background). We don’t expect you to have previous experience in maintaining services or understanding Enterprise Data Warehouse concept, but it would definitely be an advantage. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for assigned customer BI data business services and service lifecycle acting in Business Service Manager role. You will also conduct business service analyses, define business rules and requirements in cooperation with wide range of colleagues. This assignment includes to: • Manage business services according to responsibility area, create and maintain related documentation • Define business rules, processes and conduct activities to ensure the high quality of business service • Act as product owner/ business analyst to gather and document business rules and requirements • Act as business project manager for development projects related to the services or systems • Co-operate with stakeholders and business users, consult and conduct trainings and prepare information materials in your responsibility area
