About the job

As part of the team you will work closely with management in assessing the capital and balance sheet position as well us undertake other ad-hoc analytical tasks relating to the capital and balance sheet of the entities within Swedbank group.


Main responsibilities: forecasting and follow-up of capital situation of Swedbank Group entities coordination of capital transactions within Swedbank Group entities following new capital and balance sheet regulation together with other units in the group in order to assess impact cooperating with other departments in analysing and developing strategies aimed at efficient management of capital within entities undertaking various analyses relating to the balance sheet composition of the entities within the group enhancing function competence on Baltic level Future colleagues that would feel just right working at Swedbank are curious, open and communicative team players, full of initiative, drive and optimism. - University education in fields of Economics, Finance or Mathematics. - Analytic mind-set and strong computational skills - Good command of Excel - Full professional English proficiency - A curious mind and ability to take own initiatives

Nice to have

- Bank balance sheet analysis experience - Understanding of CAD processes and regulation - Accounting experience - Risk modelling
