About the job
We are looking for a designer with a keen interest in web and UX design and who will help us shape how millions of customers throughout the Baltics use our digital channels on a daily basis.
Digital Sales and Analytics department is part of our Digital Banking unit. We are responsible for coordinating and implementing digital sales related activities within our digital channels in Baltic banking. In addition to that, we also measure and analyse the behaviour of our digital customers, which in turn enables us to improve customer experience and business results.
-Continuously improve user experience of our digital channels
-Create new product pages based on digital guidelines
-Support sales and marketing with digital campaigns in our internet bank
-Help to ensure that our customers have a similar user experience in all Baltic countries
-Work closely with developers and product owners
- An eye for visual design and previous experience with Adobe products
- Interest in latest UX and web design trends
- Fluent English skills both written and spoken
- Good argumentation skills
- Previous experience with Sketch and web development is a plus
